# Admin configuration (Web Admin)

## Navigation

In **Web Admin**, open **Agency & dispatch** in the sidebar (or your agency’s menu):

* **Command Aliases** — Per-agency alias, description, and enable/disable. Includes a **test** box (dry-run parse). New organizations receive standard dispatch commands (**NC**, **DU**, …) plus call-detail entries such as **STATUS**, **PERSON**, **VEH**, **FLAG**, **RTF** (same as FLAG), **ASSIGN**, **EMAIL**, and **REPORT#**.
* **Call Shortcodes** — Map shorthand (`BURG`, `MED`, …) to incident types.
* **Disposition Codes** — Codes for the **`$`** trigger.

Routes use your primary agency ID, e.g. `/agencies/<agencyId>/command-aliases`.

## Propagation

Saving changes refreshes command configuration across **Dispatch CAD** sessions (short delay possible).

## Import / export

Bulk JSON import/export may be added in a future release; use row edit for now.
