> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.cadmus-cad.app/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Account and data deletion > Request deletion of your Cadmus mobile app account and the personal data tied to it. **Cadmus** is the mobile app for agency field users, published by **Autonomy Today, LLC** (Android package `app.cadmus.mdt`). Use this page to request deletion of your Cadmus account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need the app installed to make the request. Signing out of the app does not delete your account. ## Request deletion Send a message to [techsupport@autonomy-today.com](mailto:techsupport@autonomy-today.com?subject=Cadmus%20account%20deletion%20request) with the subject **Cadmus account deletion request**. Your name as it appears on the account, the email you use to sign in, and your agency. The message must come from that sign-in email, or from an administrator at your agency. We confirm the request with your agency before we delete an employee login. Within 30 days of a confirmed request, we delete the Cadmus login, profile, active sessions, and push registration for that person, including the Clerk sign-in when we control it. ## What we delete * The Cadmus user login and profile (name, email, username, and badge on the user record) * Active sessions for that account * Push-notification registration for that person’s devices * The Clerk sign-in for that user, when we control it ## What we keep We do not delete your agency’s public-safety records because you close your login. Those records stay with the agency: * Calls and notes * Official chat * Citations * Evidence * Query logs * Location stored as part of dispatch operations Your name stays on a record when that record requires it.
