# Calls list

> View and manage calls assigned to you or your agency.

View and manage calls assigned to you or your agency.

## Navigation

Sidebar **Calls** → **CALLS FOR SERVICE**

## Tabs

| Tab           | Shows                          |
| ------------- | ------------------------------ |
| **MY CALLS**  | Calls your unit is assigned to |
| **ALL CALLS** | Broader agency call list       |

## Call card badges

Status labels on list rows:

* **PENDING**, **DISPATCHED**, **EN ROUTE**, **ON SCENE**
* **ProQA**, **ProQA ALERT**, **RTF** (report to follow) when applicable

## Empty and load states

* **No active calls.** when nothing matches filter.
* **Load more calls** at bottom when paginated.

## Open a call

* Tap a row to open call detail (full screen on phone, split panel on desktop).
* **Call details live-update** while open — status, priority, and metadata refresh when dispatch changes the call or when you pull to refresh / WebSocket events arrive.

## Assignment alerts

* **Voice:** Settings → Voice Alerts → incoming call phrase (default: “You have a call.”). First load after sign-in is silent; only **new** assignments announce.
* **Notification:** If the app is in the background or voice is off, Android shows a **Call Assignments** notification for new assignments.

## Pull to refresh

Pull down on list to reload assigned or all calls.

## Tips

* Use **MY CALLS** during patrol for your assignments only.
* **ALL CALLS** for situational awareness when policy allows.
* If list is empty after known dispatch, check unit/call sign in profile.

## Warnings

<Warning>Demo/fallback data should not appear in production — if you see unexpected calls, report to dispatch.</Warning>
