# Close call (mobile)

> Close a call from the field MDT when authorized.

Close a call from the field MDT when authorized.

## Open dialog

From call detail when your role/agency allows close:

* **Close call** action opens dialog.

## Fields

| Field                      | Purpose                         |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------- |
| **Public narrative**       | Incident summary for record     |
| **Private notes**          | Restricted notes when supported |
| **Report to follow (RTF)** | Flag for records follow-up      |

## After the call is closed

From **Find a Call**, tap **Add/Edit CFS notes** on a result to update public narrative and private notes.

Supervisors and administrators see **Supervisor approved CFS** — check when narratives are reviewed and approved for release.

## Submit

* **Close call** button
* Success: **Call closed** snackbar

## Tips

* Match agency SOP for minimum narrative length.
* Use RTF when report number will be assigned later.
* Confirm with dispatch before closing multi-unit calls if you are not primary.

## Warnings

<Warning>Closing may lock notes and evidence uploads — confirm scene is complete.</Warning>

<Warning>Requires network — cannot close offline.</Warning>
