Who can use this page
Dispatchers normally create logs in Dispatch CAD. Use Web Admin to audit, correct, or export.
OrgAdmins see fuel logs for every agency in their organization (not only their primary agency). Use the agency filter when you want one agency’s rows.
Search and export
Filter by vehicle number, unit number, agency (when you manage multiple agencies), fuel type, and date range. Use Export CSV to download matching rows, including beginning pump, ending pump, and entered-by DSN.What each entry shows
- Date/Time — when the fill was saved
- Vehicle / Unit — numbers captured on the log
- Gallons — amount entered by the dispatcher
- Beginning / Ending pump — optional station meter readings used to verify gallons mathematically
- Entered By — dispatcher name, with DSN when it was on their user profile at save time
- Odometer, fuel type, location, notes — optional details
Editing a log
Open an entry and choose Edit (when your role allows). You can correct gallons, pump readings, odometer, fuel type, location, and notes. Ending pump must be greater than or equal to beginning pump when both are set. Clearing a pump field removes that reading.Change history
Opening a fuel log shows a Change history section. Creates, edits, and deletes are listed with who made the change and when. Edits include field-level before → after values (for example gallons or pump readings).Vehicle detail
Recent fuel fills also appear on a vehicle’s detail view, including pump range and entered-by DSN when present.Related
