Set your unit

Confirm your call sign / unit in Profile and unit before shift.

Review your calls

Open Calls list — use MY CALLS for assignments.

Work a call

Tap a row for Call details; update Unit status as you respond.

Close or hand off

Follow agency policy for Close call or RTF (report to follow).

Set your unit / call sign via admin — see Profile and unit. Use Training Mode for practice without affecting citations or NCIC submissions.
  • Dispatch CAD — dispatcher workflows, command line, and SMS from call detail
  • Web Admin — agency settings that enable NCIC, traffic stops, and notifications
Voice alerts use device volume — adjust before shift. NCIC and CJIS data must stay on approved channels per agency policy.
