Previous calls

Below the location card, Previous calls has two tabs: Tap a row to open that call in read-only detail. Use RETRY if a tab fails to load. GPS-only or incomplete addresses may show no At location results until expanded backend search is available.

History & Logs

Mobile shows one combined timeline under History & Logs (there is no separate Call Notes / Audit Logs filter like dispatch CAD).
  • Scroll to History & Logs on call detail (phone) or the detail panel (tablet/desktop).
  • Add a note inline (Add Note) or use the app bar note icon / Dialog link — see Dispatch notes.
  • Refresh reloads notes and system log lines.
  • Notes need network — offline attempts show No network connection. Note was not sent.
  • The detail screen updates automatically when dispatch adds notes, changes status, or updates persons/vehicles (WebSocket refresh).
  • Pasting CJIS/MULES/NCIC/NLETS/DOR response text triggers a warning; saved notes may show RESTRICTED for non–Law Enforcement viewers.
Dispatchers reviewing person add/edit/remove audit entries use the Audit Logs filter on Call Detail (dispatch). On mobile, watch Persons involved for live updates and use Refresh on History & Logs for the latest timeline.

Android Auto

When connected to Android Auto, My Calls shows your assignments with critical/ProQA labels. Call detail shows address, status, Navigate, status buttons, and the latest note (one short line — not the full timeline).

Add persons and vehicles

  • Add Person to Call / ADD PERSON
  • Scan ID — scan a driver license barcode (camera or hardware wedge), review parsed fields, choose a person type, and add to the call
  • Add Vehicle to Call / ADD VEHICLE
  • Required: First and last name are required, License plate is required
  • When dispatch adds or updates a person or vehicle on the same open call, mobile refreshes the Persons involved and Vehicles involved sections automatically (and vice versa on the dispatch CAD). You do not need to leave and reopen the call.

Run and review NCIC queries

Authorized officers can start person and vehicle queries from the corresponding cards in call detail. The query is associated with the call, and its feedback appears in NCIC Search → RESPONSES.
1

Start the query

Select QUERY on a person or vehicle card and confirm the required search information.
2

Check the response status

Open NCIC Search → RESPONSES to see whether the query is sent, pending, completed with a hit, completed with no hit, timed out, or failed.
3

Open the result

Tap a completed response to review parsed fields and the restricted raw response. A photo view appears when the DOR response includes an available image.
A completed response is not automatically a hit. Read the hit/no-hit label and review license, warrant, and protection-order indicators separately.
If your agency or account does not have State/NCIC access, the query action remains unavailable. See NCIC overview for query types, response details, training behavior, and CJIS handling requirements.

Map

  • OPEN MAP — navigate to incident location on map.

Close call

See Close call.

Find a closed call

From sidebar Find a Call, search closed calls and tap a result row to open the unified closed-call detail screen (narratives, notes, PDF/email/Public CFS when enabled). Same layout as assigned call detail, without status buttons when your unit is not on the call. See Find a call (mobile).
