Common tasks

Create a call for serviceOpen a new CFS with F1, fill incident type, location, and reporting party, then dispatch units.
Dispatch unitsAssign units from the call detail or drag from the sidebar, and track status through to clear.
Invite and manage usersAdd dispatchers and administrators, assign roles and agency access, and deactivate accounts when needed.
Run NCIC queriesLook up plates, vehicles, persons, and firearms from the Query Workspace (F3) or directly from a call.
Configure RapidSOSSet up RapidSOS credentials so dispatchers can track caller locations on the map in real time.
