Smart triggers (@ # ! $) - Cadmus

Triggers open autocomplete lists while you type.

Character	Meaning
@	Unit callsigns first; then agency names for longer matches.
#	CFS numbers (active / recent calls).
!	Unit status values from your organization.
$	Disposition codes (agency-configured).

On call detail, after you type PRI=, Dispatch CAD may show priority level suggestions (numeric priority with labels) instead of a trigger character.

Examples

NC MED 456 ELM ST @M1 !ENR — Medical call, unit M1 enroute after assignment.
CLOSE #26-00045 $RC — Close using disposition shortcode RC if defined.

Combining with keywords

Keywords like RP=, PH=, PRI= can appear alongside triggers. The parser treats them as named fields, not part of the free-text address.
