Typical flow

Available → Dispatched → Enroute → On scene → Clear Commands like DU, ENR, OS, and CLR move units along that path. Your agency may rename aliases (e.g. TS vs VS for vehicle stop).

Conflicts

If a unit is already on another call or in an invalid state, the server returns an error message in the toast — read it and adjust the command or clear the unit from the other incident first.
