Audience: Organization admins and agency admins. In Web Admin, open Agency & dispatch in the sidebar (or your agency’s menu):
  • Command Aliases — Per-agency alias, description, and enable/disable. Includes a test box (dry-run parse). New organizations receive standard dispatch commands (NC, DU, …) plus call-detail entries such as STATUS, PERSON, VEH, FLAG, RTF (same as FLAG), ASSIGN, EMAIL, and REPORT#.
  • Call Shortcodes — Map shorthand (BURG, MED, …) to incident types.
  • Disposition Codes — Codes for the $ trigger.
Routes use your primary agency ID, e.g. /agencies/<agencyId>/command-aliases.

Propagation

Saving changes refreshes command configuration across Dispatch CAD sessions (short delay possible).

Import / export

Bulk JSON import/export may be added in a future release; use row edit for now.
