Quick log actions

NCIC QUERY stays visible even when your agency or user is not authorized for live NCIC. In that case the chip appears dimmed; tapping it shows: NCIC access is not enabled for either your agency or your user, contact your administrator Training mode still enables NCIC for practice queries without live CJIS access.
