Status

Use the Status control to choose which calls to search: Status is kept when you change pages of results.

Search filters

Combine any of these filters — all active filters apply together (AND logic). More filters (person / vehicle): Filled person filters must match the same person on the call. Vehicle fields apply to the call. Active filters appear as chips you can remove individually. Tap Search to run the query. Clear resets all filters. Results: N result(s) — page X of Y

  • CFS #
  • Report #
  • Date/Time
  • Location
  • Type
  • Officer/Units
Tap again to reverse sort direction.

Open a result

Tap a result row to open the call. Open (pending/active) calls may still be worked in the field. Closed calls open the closed call detail screen. The closed-call detail screen includes:

Tips

  • Default status is Pending for open-call lookups during a shift.
  • Switch to Closed for archive-style history search.
  • Use CFS number when dispatch radioed it.
  • Use 330* on license plate when you know the prefix only.
  • Combine keyword + officer + date range to narrow busy agencies.
  • This is not NCIC — use NCIC Search for criminal queries.
  • If Public CFS is missing, ask an OrgAdmin to enable it under Web Admin SettingsCFS Reports.

Warnings

Historical call data is sensitive — follow records/PII policy on shared devices.
Public CFS shares only the public narrative, but still may contain PII — follow your agency release policy before sharing outside the organization.
Private notes are restricted — only enter information appropriate for your role.
