Configurable callout rotations (Beta)

Organizations enabled for the beta can configure named rotations for towing, detectives, EMS, and other callout purposes. Administrators can add eligible companies, personnel, units, and external contacts; choose weekly or round-robin scheduling; preview and activate rotations; and review change history. Companies can be deactivated while keeping prior history available. Availability is limited while the beta is being qualified. Access depends on the organization, agency, and the administrator’s permissions. See Manage Rotations.
